Randy Gold
Co-Chief Executive Officer
Randy Gold is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Curated Equities. Mr. Gold spent 23 years in the accounting and business advisory field representing hundreds of national and international real estate owners and developers and their holdings of over $15 billion dollars of real estate investments. During this time, Mr. Gold also evaluated and performed due diligence on $250 million of real estate and business acquisitions annually. Mr. Gold previously served as the President and Chairman of one of the largest public accounting firms in Atlanta. Mr. Gold has spent the last 6 years as Executive Vice President and CFO of SFA Holdings, Inc., an affiliate of Curated Equities. Mr. Gold is responsible for financial aspects of the company and its subsidiaries as well as building and growing new lines of business in the financial services industry. Mr. Gold received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 1994, is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia, and also holds Series 7, 24 and 63 registrations.
Seth Jutan
Co-Chief Executive Officer
Seth Jutan is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Sponsor responsible for helping identify investment opportunities and setting the strategic direction for the successful growth of each entity we own. Mr. Jutan has led companies in real estate and construction for the past 30 years. His experience in real estate development spans from identifying projects throughstabilization
Harold Lerner
Vice President
Harold Lerner is the Vice President of the Sponsor. Mr. Lerner has been involved in founding and managing various entities within both the commercial and residential real estate space for the past 25 years. Mr. Lerner was a founder and COO of Origin Holdings, a global home furnishings company supplying product to some of the largest global furnishing retailers. Mr. Lerner was in charge of all operations throughout Asia, as well as being involved with formulating the company’s overall strategic direction and global business development. Origin operated in 15 countries integrating forestry, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and retail. Mr. Lerner received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Communication from Florida State University, in 1985, and an MBA from the University of Illinois in 1989.
Jeffrey Bland
Chief Financial Officer
Jeffrey Bland is the Chief Financial Officer of Curated Equities. Over the past fifteen years Mr. Bland has been involved in structuring real estate transactions for sale on a broker dealer platform, including ten years as the President of two sponsors of real estate programs designed to create economic, environmental, and social benefits for accredited investors. Since 2003, Mr. Bland has provided a variety of financial consulting services to companies across many different industries. Mr. Bland received his Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Accounting from Queens College of the City University of New York in 1987. Mr. Bland is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia.
